Binding arbitration

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2) The Service

Blossi is an AI-powered communication assistant. You may upload chat screenshots and provide details such as personality and gender to generate suggested replies and conversation patterns.

The Service is intended to help draft messages and improve communication skills.

3) Account Registration

You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

4) User Content and Permissions

4.1 Your content

"User Content" means any text, images, screenshots, and other materials you submit to the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant Blossi a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, transmit, and process User Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service, generate requested outputs, maintain security, and provide support.

4.2 Your responsibilities

  • You represent you have the rights needed to submit your User Content.
  • You agree not to submit content that violates law or third-party rights.

4.3 Photos and face-related data

  • Blossi does not perform facial recognition and does not collect biometric identifiers.
  • Uploaded images are used for one-time generation and are deleted after processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

5) AI Outputs; Important Disclaimers

Outputs may be wrong. The Service may generate suggestions that are inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or offensive.

No professional advice. Blossi is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice.

You are responsible. Review, edit, and verify outputs before using or sharing them.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.

  • No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • No harassment, threats, or defamation.
  • No reverse engineering, decompiling, or compromising the Service.
  • No interference with operation or security.
  • No malware, spam, or deceptive communications.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHATO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHATO TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR OUTPUTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHATO TEAM’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blossi Team from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14) Governing Law; Binding Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Blossi Team is primarily established/operates (excluding conflict of laws rules).

Disputes arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property or confidentiality rights.

15) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
